Seneca Meadows Corporate Center

Paper Robot has had the pleasure of partnering with Minkoff Development for many years, supporting their leasing team with graphic design, pitch decks, corporate materials, and a variety of special projects. One such project involved creating a video to showcase Seneca Meadows Corporate Center (SMCC), Minkoff’s office park in Germantown, Maryland. Drawing on her deep familiarity with the development—having already designed an interactive PDF for a new building under construction—our creative director crafted a concise, engaging video overview of SMCC. Minkoff supplied the drone footage, while Paper Robot handled the entire production process, including selecting an energetic soundtrack to bring the visuals to life.
